The United Nations’ Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission has told the U.N. Security Council that Iraq dismantled suspected missile and WMD sites before, during, and after the initiation of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The equipment from the sites was shipped throughout the Middle East and Europe at a rate of 1,000 tons of metal per month. [...]
