On June 6, RadicalIslam.org National Security Analyst Ryan Mauro went to Fort Edward, New York, at the request of the Washington County Tea Party Patriots. The Clarion Fund movieThe Third Jihad, was shown to the political activists, who expressed shock at the Islamist reach into the United States.
“The discussion after the film prompted more questions about the effects of radical Islam in our daily lives and how unaware the average person is of its insidious penetration. I heard nothing but favorable comments from our members. Thank you for making this event happen,” said Ray Lacque, co-founder of the Washington County Tea Party Patriots.
Mauro also discussed the threat posed by the Iranian regime. The audience was especially concerned about a potential Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) strike, which is explained by Dr. Peter Vincent Pry in a recent interview for RadicalIslam.org.
The group also discussed the Muslim Brotherhood’s influence on the U.S. government under both parties, how anti-Islamist Muslims can challenge the extremists and the controversy over recent leaks to the media about U.S. national security practices.
“Several attendees approached me about holding events in their churches and other political clubs. I came away feeling incredibly encouraged in seeing how our work is spurring others to act,” Mauro said.
