Riots at Babol City, north of Tehran
Video can be seen here and here. I’ve received detailed updates about the demonstrations in different parts of Tehran. They seem to be escalating. Hundreds of people are being violently beaten and arrested. The regime’s forces have circled about 1,000 people on Keshavarz Blvd to prevent them from linking up with the other crowds. According to the unsubstantiated report I received, the Tajrish Police Station has been overtaken by the protestors and the police commanders withdrew their forces from battling them back.
