Good news from Kuwait. Newly-elected female MPs have led the fight against extremist elements, particularly from the Muslim Brotherhood, trying to force female politicians to follow Sharia Law by wearing the hijab. The Constitutional Court has ruled against the Sharia advocates and in favor of the female MPs who boldly opted not to wear the hijab–an act that has probably made them marked for death by extremists.
