The Pakistan-based, non-Al-Qaeda networks have reached into the U.S. I note how LET, JEM, and other groups use each other’s networks and they reach into the U.S. It’s also been reported by UPI that Jamaat ul-Fuqra, a Pakistan-based group connected to Muslims of the Americas here in the U.S., is a splinter of JEM. These groups operate schools openly in Pakistan.
