These from our friends in Iran. Trouble in the parliament.

Tehran, June 24, 2010. Mullah Larijani the head of regime’s Majlis attacked Ahmadinejad’s supporters and said: “You accuse this parliament of being an English bag? You accuse this Majlis of not complying with Velayat and threaten that you will close it? This is Khomeini’s parliament, this is Khamenei’s parliament”.

Tehran, June 24, 2010. Following the pressures and threats of Ahmadinejad’s subordinates on and against the parliament, it yielded and endorsed the High Council of regime’s Cultural Revolution’s endorsements in regard with Azad University.
On last Sunday despite the will of Ahmadinejad’s government, regime’s parliament endorsed a plan. The government wanted to have control over the Azad University but the plan said that the university is a public wealth.
During last two days Khamenei’s bands inside and outside the parliament put a lot of pressure on it including organizing Bassiji mercenaries outside the parliament chanting against Larijani and Majlis and threatening him. The dispute was so acute that the bands called Larijani as ‘incapable head of Majlis’ and ‘accomplice of Mafia and Rafsanjani’.
On June 23 the parliament voted in favor of Ahmadinejad’s plan.

More “veiled” stupidity.

June 21, 2010 – More than 100 automobiles have been impounded for improper veiling and more than 62,000 improperly veiled people in the Province of Qom have received notices. Khorasani the head of the Public Security Police in the province of Qom cited this issue and said, “The promotion of improper veiling and immorality in the society is one of the goals of the enemy in creating a soft war and the enemies try to damage public chastity in this way”. “The Security Police has dealt with improperly veiled motorists in the province in line with dealing with improper veiling and improving the culture of veiling and chastity in various sectors of the society”.
