Kenya Captures Uganda Bombing Suspect
On July - 16 - 2010
The Associated Press is reporting that Kenya has captured a suspect in the recent bombings in Kamapala, Uganda. Kenya, which straddles both Uganda and Somalia, has been helpful in the efforts to prop up the democratic interim government of Somalia. For this, as well as an ethnic Somali minority, Kenya is threatened by groups like al-Shabaab. Can’t imagine this will help them in that department, either.
Details are scarce, but if true, this could be one step in the right direction.
