Iraq Survey Group Report Won’t Rule Out Possibility of WMD in Syria

The Iraq Survey Group, under the leadership of the CIA, has published its “Comprehensive Report.”
It clearly does not rule out the possibility of a WMD transfer to Syria. In its “Scope Note” it states that “”we cannot express a firm view on the possibility that WMD elements were relocated out of Iraq prior to the war. Reports of such actions exist, but we have not yet been able to investigate this possibility thoroughly.”
