IAEA Asks to Inspect Burmese Nuclear Sites

The Burmese military junta has the potential to become the next North Korea as it is trying to build nuclear weapons. Luckily, the IAEA is now telling Burma that its nuclear facilities need to be inspected. The agency is also asking Burma to sign the Additional Protocol.

Unfortunately, as former IAEA director Robert Kelley says in the article, the agency has no legal authority to force Burma into accepting inspections.
