Libya To Allow Foreign Newspapers

In some pretty remarkable news, the Libyan government has decided to allow foreign newspapers to be sold in the country, including the International Herald Tribune, Financial Times and Newsweek. The former rogue nation only has a population of 6 million though, so the media better not be hoping that this new market saves their necks.
