If it wasn’t for the Internet, I highly doubt this victory for sanity and ethics would have come about. Chas Freeman has withdrawn his name from consideration as the head of the National Intelligence Council.

DNI Dennis Blair is already bruised. Let’s hope his future appointments and decisions don’t reflect the type of judgement that made this controversy begin in the first place.
